Policies
If it is your first visit to Beautiful You Spa & Nail Studio, you may be asked to complete a brief Health Intake Form upon your arrival. There are some medical conditions that may be contraindications for certain therapies.
Medical Conditions & Allergies
Please notify us when booking your appointments about physical ailments, medical conditions, and allergies. This will allow us to further personalize your treatments and to alert us to contraindications. Special conditions may include Pregnancy, Diabetes, High blood pressure, Varicose Veins, Asthma.
Pregnancy & Spa Treatments
Many women find that spa treatments are very helpful in relieving some pain and stress from pregnancy. However, during pregnancy, treatments using deep pressure and heat, such as Foot Reflexology should be administered with caution. Consult your doctor with any concerns or questions you may have.
Cancellations and Late Arrivals
We understand it is sometimes necessary to reschedule appointments. Out of courtesy to our service providers and other clients, we require at least 24 hours notice prior to cancelling.
If you arrive late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee you will be able to receive the full treatment. We may have to adjust the appointment to fit the time available. The full price of the service will be charged. You may be asked to reschedule if time does not permit.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates expire 12 months after date of purchase and are non-refundable. Gift certificates may, however, be transferred to an individual other than the individual they were purchased for. Please come into the Studio to transfer name. You must be 18 years or older to purchase gift certificates.

Beautiful You Spa & Nail Studio accepts Cash, Checks, VISA and MasterCard.
Privacy Policy
We collect no personal information about you unless you choose to provide that information to us. We do not give, share, sell, or transfer any personal information to a third party.
Gratuities
We are committed to providing exceptional services and believe that a gratuity is a gesture of thanks for excellent service and is entirely the prerogative of our guest. Our best reward is your personal recommendation. Gratuities are left to your discretion.
Appointments
Please contact us if you need an Evening Appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Although we do accept walk-ins, it is recommended that you call in advance to book an appointment so we may accommodate your schedule.
If your therapist determines that you are unable to receive your scheduled treatment due to bruised, broken, infected skin, etc. she has the right to deny treatment until you have been treated by a doctor or conditions have healed. If you have any questions or concerns before scheduling your treatment please contact us.
Weather Conditions
Weather conditions may make it difficult to keep scheduled appointments. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible to re-schedule your appointment and we will in-turn do the same for you if our therapist cannot make it to the Studio.
