Dogtooth Bar & Grill is featuring 3 new craft beers among it's wide variety of drafts and bottles. We continually see out our customers favorites as well as offering the most unique and rare craft beers created. What you also may not be aware of is that we have staff and management with a vast knowledge of craft beers and the process by which they are designed. Dogtooth remains a leader in craft beer variety and continues to respond to feedback on our selections from our customers. So let us know your FAVORITES!
1. Brooklyn Lager
Brooklyn Lager is amber-gold in color and displays a firm malt center supported by a refreshing bitterness and floral hop aroma. Caramel malts show in the finish.
Food Pairings: Pizza, burgers, salads, steaks, Mexican food, roast chicken, barbecue, fried fish, pork, Chinese dishes, manchego, Stilton, farmhouse cheddar and mild Gruyere.
2. Dogfish 60 Minute
60 Minute IPA is continuously hopped -- more than 60 hop additions over a 60-minute boil. (Getting a vibe of where the name came from)
Food Pairings:
Spicy foods, pesto, grilled salmon, soy-based dishes, pizza, vintage cheddar
3. Fat Tire
Fat Tire won fans with its sense of balance: toasty, biscuit-like malt flavors coasting in equilibrium with hoppy freshness. Dogtooth offers this in Bottles only!
